ok I'm back from NY!
I got home at 3:00 this morning and i left NY at 3:00 yesturday morning!
and can't sleep on planes! so I'm very tired lol

so i will be posting again(after the jet lag wears off lol) i will be posting bout NYC pics, vids things like that, and also 'My Life Story' i'll be adding blogs for that and so on and so forth.

1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
Gone to America, my first holiday out of Europe
Felt love(awww lol) quickly followed by dissapointment lol.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Yes I did, I'm going places now Because I moved house in Febuary, and In my bedroom there is no TV so I started playing guitar and keyboad. I self taught myself everything I know about music, with a little help from listening to my favorite band (BIG inspiration, The White Stripes btw lol) And now I have started writing my own songs and I am in two completely different bands lol. I've also sarted writing books and comics

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.

5. What countries did you visit?
America

6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
I want to be more calm, I worried to much about the little things this year, hopefully I will be calmer next year.

7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The 17th of December... NEW YORK!!!

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Learning to play the guitar, with no help.
I also got my first job, I Love It.

9. What was your biggest failure?
All talk, no walk. I've had so many Ideas floating around and so many projects have been started but are going at a very slow pace. Hopefully I will follow through with my ideas next year

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I broke my toe :S lol
Someone fell on me and broke my toe, several days after my birthday! Hehe

11. What was the best thing you bought?
I'm loving my new camcorder, but that was a present. Does that count? hmm...

well I prob spent over 50 quid on subways, since I've been living on them because there is one next my work place

The Denial Twist by The White Stripes

Have you ever seen programs like Supernanny? You know the ones where they get a forty year old, overweight woman to tell their parents that their kids should 'shut the hell up!'. Well I was one of those kids. No, I didn't have Jo Frost telling me to sit on the naughty step because I was hitting my Mum. But I was a pretty naughty, noisy, slightly evil three year old boy...

I used to get locked in my room for the usual, Kicking, screaming, abuse lol. That was just another day in the office for me, kind of wierd that there would be three year olds, but I think you get the metaphor. So, I would get locked in my bedroom and, from what I'm told, I'd go mental! I'd take all my bed covers off the bed, pull all my clothes out of my wardrobe and put them all in a pile in the middle of the floor. And I was only Three!

I feel so bad now, my parents didn't deserve that, especially because they were looking after my disabled brother. But at the age of four, I went to school. And that made me quiet!...

Starting From The Beginning

I could say my life was hard, and that no one should go through the stuff I've been through. But I'm not, because I love my life! Everything I've gone through has made Me, Me! And I really feel sorry for those who have had a difficult life, and I pity those who have good lives and don't appreciate them. Half of the kids my age who say they're deppresed don't know the meaning of the word! Self-harming, suicide and 'Being Emo'(as some would call it) I don't understand it :S. I have a few friends who are self-harmers(:S) a few have difficult lives at home and at school. But the rest just don't understand life when it comes to relationships(I think thats a stupid reason personally), School work and even just general things at home and school. But I just don't understand how people can punish themselfs for something that isn't their fault! Anyway making it back to my original point, life is great, I wouldn't change it for the world...

Sorry about the extra long introduction, I had alot of feelings that needed expressing lol. Ok, so lets start from the beginning. I was born on the 9th of June 1993 in York hospital, which is in York(Duh!), North Yorkshire, England. I was the longest and heaviest baby on the ward, haw awsome is that?(not very lol). When the nurse asked my parents what name they wanted to give me, my Mum, Sandra Shaw, was about to call me Damion(:S)but luckily my Dad, Richard Shaw, interupted and said 'Thomas, we're going to call him Thomas'(Thank god ). So I was named Thomas Peter Shaw, and I love my name although I get called Tom so much that people are surprised that my full name is Thomas lol. My middle name, Peter, was given to me because my Uncle Peter died of HIV a while before I died. I wish i could of met him, the stories about him inspire me He really lived life to the fullest. But that is a story for another time.

So I had been born, I was taken back to my house in Tang Hall(An area in York)and was greeted by my Brother, Ashley Shaw, he was 6 when I was born. His 6th birthday was 2 days before I was born, so there is exactly 6 years and 2 days between us. My brother has Cerebral Polsey(its latin for 'Brain Damage')but that is another blog i need to do lol.

Right, I was a healthy new born baby in a normal sized house with happy parents, a loving brother and a life waiting to be lived...

(Thanks for reading this autobiography, I may only be 15 years old but I still have had an eventful life. Most of the information I've used is from stories I've been told, I obviouly can't remember back that far lol. I will be continuing this autobiography, so watch out for the next part. It gets more interesting as I get older lol. Thank you muchos!)

Well two years ago on Christmas Eve, My Mum and Step-dad had gone to the local pub(as ya do) and weren't going to be back till araunds about midnight. So because my brother, Ash, has learning difficulties(i prob should do a blog bout that, hmm) he needed someone to look after him. I was 13 at the time so it was Illeagal for me to look after him. sO my mum got my step-sister and my step-sister's mate, to look after us(not that i need looking after lol). All four of us had a wicked time, playing games, and everyone was getting drunk(exept me duh!) so i just sat there and laughed at them. Anyways, earlier me and Ash had spagheti bolognese but we got offered a take away that we couldn't refuse. We had the take away and later on went to bed. One hour later, I woke up and ran to the toilet, because I couldn't stop being sick!!! And neither could my brother!

So the next day, Christmas day, supposedly one of the best days of the year. Me and my brother spent the day, looking like death warmed up! We were paler than dead dove(sorry bout the unneeded metaphor lol) and it was a pretty rubbish day! We were so ill that even if our mum gave us THE best present imaginable, Me and Ash would've just said 'Meh' lol. everything was about as exciting as socks! We couldn't even have Christmas Dinner!

I wake up, on an early thursday morning. I've been ill all week so I'm staying home again today, so there is no rush to get out of bed. But I can hear the sound of a news reporter buzzing in my ear, probably because I went to sleep with the radio on(again). My mum always complains when I do that, she says it wastes electricity. So, the newsreporter keeps saying '6 inches of snow, up in scotland and northern England'. I think to myself 'OOO, Northern England, thats where I live!'. So I got to get up now! I try to open my eyes but my eyelids are glued together. They're like magnets, that just won't part. But eventually I manage to wake my self up, I slap my face a couple of times(just to be sure). I rise from my bed and slowly open the curtains, and on the other side of my window is just pure whiteness!(don't know if thats a word) Only about one inch of snow, but I'm not fussy. The sky is like a blank canvas, being painted by squaking seaguls and magical magpies that are dancing above the rooftops. The snow is still falling, like tiny feathers they lightly hit the ground, in their hundreds. I would go out and throw snowballs a inadimit objects, but I want to get rid of this cold before I go to New York! Only 13 days to go!

I have a good feeling about this Christmas, I'm dreaming of a White Christmas.
